Supervisor

to support our Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of our busy farm shop.

About the Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the shop. You'll support the Shop Manager in leading the team, maintaining high standards of presentation and service, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and deputising for the Store Manager when required Supervising, training, and motivating shop staff Ensuring high standards of merchandising and product presentation Delivering excellent customer service at all times Assisting with stock management, ordering, and waste control Helping achieve sales targets and driving commercial success
About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Supervisory experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment A natural people person with strong leadership skills Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure Passionate about great service and high-quality products Flexible and happy to work weekends on a rota basis

Pay: 13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
