We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into stunning designs. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our collections, ensuring that each piece reflects our brand's aesthetic while meeting market demands.

Responsibilities

Create original designs for clothing, accessories, and footwear that align with current fashion trends and brand identity. Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to inform design decisions. Develop sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and other design software. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in digital design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Utilise photography skills to capture and present designs effectively for marketing purposes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferable. Experience with digital design tools such as CAD, Maya, Sketchup, and HTML/CSS is highly desirable. Strong sketching abilities to communicate design ideas visually. A solid understanding of garment construction and textiles is essential. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in fashion design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
