The Role...
As the Luxury Fashion Intern, you will manage the day to day running of the shared fashion cupboard for both Elle and Harper's Bazaar, overseeing all aspects of the merchandise and sample process, including receiving, logging and returning call-ins. You will also assist with shoot preparation, shoots and on page credits.
Main Duties...
Responsible for the management and workflow of the fashion cupboard, reporting to the Fashion Director.
To maintain the general upkeep of the fashion cupboard, ensuring it is tidy and organised at all times.
Overseeing the process for a high volume of merchandise call-ins/returns. Unpacking and arranging all incoming samples, and processing sample returns
Ensuring all merchandise is booked in and out, and items are logged and tracked meticulously.
Liaising with the post room and booking couriers for samples collection and/or returns.
Overseeing the safe management of samples and monitoring their movement between PR agencies and external studios
What We Are Looking For...
Motivated, organised and reliable with a current knowledge and understanding of fashion brands.
Exceptional communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work
A team player who is eager to learn, with a polite and friendly manner
Previous fashion or luxury internship experience required.
