plays a vital support role within the Product team, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of the production process from development through to delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Production and Product Development
Support the Brand Manager in maintaining the Critical Path to ensure all sampling, fitting, and bulk production deadlines are met.
Check all production submissions with guidance from the Brand Manager (e.g., lab dips, strike-offs, bulk fabric).
Measure, fit, and provide comments on all production samples (proto, fit, and sales samples).
Assist in creating and fitting new specifications for new product shapes.
Prepare and send parcels to suppliers, maintaining accurate records of all sample shipments.
Help maintain an organised and tidy studio environment.
Supplier & Quality Liaison
Support Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure bulk goods meet brand standards.
Assist in discussing and resolving quality issues with suppliers in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
Requirements
Experience
No prior experience is required, though experience in production, administration, or product-related roles would be advantageous.
Knowledge
Basic understanding of garment construction and fabric types is desirable but not essential.
Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is highly beneficial.
