Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions. Participate in stock management, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key, as well as a common sense approach to customer service and stock management. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
