We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and drive growth of our Fast Cal Gas product portfolio.

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for delivering commercial targets, strengthening global customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities and routes to market.

Key responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a UK-based account management team on-site and a Singapore-based team remotely. Build, coach and manage the team to deliver outstanding sales and customer service. Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs, CRM and proactive management. Work with the Sales Leadership team to deliver accurate sales forecasts and support business planning. Lead on major opportunities and campaigns, coordinating strategy and execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, pricing, and operational effectiveness. Provide technical and commercial support to the team and wider business. Undertake occasional UK and international travel to support customers and business needs.

Essential:

Proven experience as a sales manager, leading teams within an international organisation. Strong relationship skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high performing teams. People centric. Proven record of accomplishment exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales processes in a technical environment. Demonstrated success in account management and long-term relationship building. High commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills at senior levels. Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
Desirable:

Knowledge of Maritime, Oil and Gas Markets; gas detection and calibration gas, scientific background.

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
