Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in supervising team members to ensure smooth operations Manage inventory levels and assist with stock rotation Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals Participate in training new staff on food preparation and safety procedures
