Whether you're mixing cocktails, taking orders, or striking up a conversation, you'll be central to delivering the exceptional hospitality Marriott is known for worldwide.


Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesWelcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently Communicate any dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen Maintain clean, organised bar and dining areas throughout your shift Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards Complete closing duties and assist with restocking Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance guest satisfaction Take on additional tasks to support smooth daily operations

We're seeking team players with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making guests feel welcome.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling payments and using point-of-sale systems A positive, professional attitude and appearance Strong multitasking, adaptability, and reliability
