Customer Experience
Bring a personable, professional, and fun approach to all customer interactions
Provide feedback to managers on where the customer experience can be improved
Maintain all policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer experience
Ensure clubhouse team all have name badges and are wearing correct uniform
Team Leadership & Ethos
Supervise the junior staff to ensure at least minimum standard procedures are carried out
Provide structure for staff roles such as drinks runners, till operators, food runners
Train new staff until required service levels are achieved
React to business levels and act accordingly with staffing levels
Provide regular feedback to managers on junior staff performance
Train to a basic level in the kitchen to assist when required
Cross-train in golf reception to provide cover when required
Hygiene & Safety
Ensure all legal requirements under licencing law are followed, including alcohol sales to minors and inappropriate behaviour.
Ensure clubhouse environment is maintaining required hygiene levels at all times
Ensure first aid legislation is met at all times, reporting concerns to a manager
Ensure patio area and surrounds are regular litter-picked
Ensure driving range is regularly serviced and tidied
Ensure Foyer is always clean, tidy and fully stocked
Functions & Events
Proactively keep abreast of all functions & events information
Supervise all staff during events, reacting live to business requirements
Keep regular and open communication with kitchen to events timings and requirements
