The Role

We are currently seeking a

dedicated and compassionate FEMALE carer

to join our team in Leicester to support a

gentleman requiring 2-to-1 care

. The gentleman is based in the LE5 area and the call is 1:30 hours per day from 4- 5:30 pm. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's daily life through consistency, patience, and genuine human connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality 2-to-1 support with daily living activities Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support Engage in meaningful activities and companionship Work collaboratively with another carer and follow care plans Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality

Requirements:

Female applicants only

(due to the personal care needs of the client) Must live in or near

Leicester

The gentleman is based in the LE5 area and the call is 1:30 hours per day from 4- 5:30 pm. Experience in a similar care role is desirable but not essential - training can be provided A compassionate and respectful approach to care

Skills

Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting clients as needed. Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining care records and documentation is beneficial. Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them accurately. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is crucial. Previous experience in a care home environment would be an asset.
