Female Support Worker

Chantry Square, Middlesbrough

Temporary maternity cover for 12 months with the possibility of a permanent position

We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Chantry Square, Middlesbrough, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a small, supported living service.

The role

You will be responsible for supporting 1 lady who has with learning disabilities and Autism. Duties will include supporting her with personal care and emotional support. Supporting with day to day activities in the home and out in the community. Attending health appointments reviews. Administering medication. Supporting to keep her home clean and tidy and updating support plans and risk assessments.

Working hours

20 hours per week, working two night shifts across the 7 days.


This is a temporary maternity cover position but there is the possibility of a permanent position after 12 months


Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided


An enhanced adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
