Location:

We are recruiting female Support Workers in the following areas: Coventry (CV6), Nuneaton (CV10, CV11), and Bedworth (CV12).

Pay:

12.25 - 13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including help with dressing, bathing, and grooming Assist with mobility and transfers Support with medication as per care plans Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required Offer companionship and emotional support Keep accurate daily records of care provided Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes Communicate with families and care teams to ensure continuity of care Follow all health and safety protocols

Key Requirements

Punjabi speaking (essential, as many clients require Punjabi communication)

Kind, compassionate, and reliable Good verbal and written English Right to work in the UK

(we cannot provide visa sponsorship)

Female applicants only (occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1) DBS check required (can be arranged during onboarding)

Drivers preferred

- having your own car is an advantage, but

not essential
