Care at Home and Supported Living teams

across Lanarkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role where you'll support individuals to live independently in their own homes and within supported living environments.

What you'll do:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support Assist with daily routines, personal care, and medication Promote independence, dignity and choice Support individuals to engage in their communities and reach personal goals

What we're looking for:

Minimum of

1 year's UK-based care experience

Experience in

Care at Home

essential Must be flexible and able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Drivers with access to a car preferred

Must have the

right to work in the UK
