This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.  
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the Midlands area and should ideally be based near Birmingham. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The primary objectives of the role are the retention of client base in the Midlands area, managing approx. 200 accounts to deliver the company standards alongside selling of new business to the smaller client base. New acquisition objectives will be achieved by using all available insight, knowledge and relationship building to identify and acquire new business. Retaining and growing revenue with existing accounts will be achieved through regular interaction and engagement to build strong and lasting business relationships.
This role will be supported by all other departments in organisation to make sure we unlock all opportunities by presenting our business and products in the most professional, compelling and innovative way that demonstrates ROI for clients.
Responsibilities:
Retention of client accounts
Delivery of the contact strategy
Providing support across the business to other teams (Sales, Customer service, Inspection, Mediation)
Selling new business to the smaller client base, working with the National Account Manager to identify and sell the company proposition to this cohort
Presenting all companies products where a business need has been identified, upselling where possible
Selling VI to new business
KPIs and Targets:
Retention and growth of existing accounts
Acquisition of new client accounts
Grow breadth and depth of the company products in new and existing accounts
