The Fine Print:


Pay: Basic 35,000, OTE 50,000+ with uncapped commission + car allowance + paid mileage/fuel


Location: Reading / Slough


Role type: Permanent / Full-Time


Hours/Days: Monday to Friday (aligned with field team schedule)


Reporting to: Field Account Manager


About the role:


We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Field Sales Manager to lead our team of Field Connectivity Reps. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced broadband rollout, working with a new FTTP supplier and helping your team deliver unbeatable deals to customers on their doorsteps.


This is a field-based leadership role with flexibility to work from home when planning, reporting, or coaching remotely. You'll be responsible for driving performance, supporting recruitment, and ensuring your team hits their targets while growing their skills and confidence.

You've got door-to-door sales experience and know what it takes to succeed in the field.
You're a natural leader who can coach, motivate, and inspire others.
You're confident analysing performance data and turning insights into action.
You're organised, strategic, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
You've got a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
You're passionate about people and performance, and ready to grow a high-performing team.
