We are an Estate and Lettings Agency specialising in Supported Housing and Care, partnering with Housing and Care Providers, Local Authorities, and Landlords to create safe, secure homes for those who need them most.

Role Overview:



As our new Lettings Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new Properties into our portfolio, building relationships with new Landlords, and managing our existing Landlords. This role plays a key part in the

growth and expansion of the business

, ensuring every property we onboard is a good fit for Supported Housing and meets the needs of our Providers and Strategic Partners.

The Role:



Identify and engage with new private landlords, property investors, and owners. Proactively contact prospective Landlords via cold & warm calls, as well as targeted email campaigns. Maintain a healthy pipeline of New and Existing Landlords from initial contact to onboarding. Plan and balance your time between generating new business and maintaining relationships with both new and existing landlords. Present the value of partnering with Freeman Real Estate and negotiate management and setup fees. Attend property viewings with the Landlord to assess suitability for supported housing. Provide rental valuations based on property condition, layout, and market demand. Create detailed Property Schedules of Works when improvements are required. Inspect new properties to ensure they meet compliance standards. Accompany Housing and Care providers to property viewings. Conduct ongoing property inspections to support compliance and long-term landlord satisfaction. Prepare and issue Rental Heads of Terms, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the lettings process. Complete property handovers with landlords and providers Attend networking events to build industry relationships Complete Property Check in/Out Reports and Inventories Liaise with the Property Administration team to support smooth property onboarding and tenancy setup Coordinate with the Finance team regarding initial rental payments and disbursements. Liaise with the Property Administration team to organise and attend Property Inspections for our existing Managed Properties and complete inspection reports - Quarterly Bonus Scheme for completed Property Inspections to be provided.

Experience:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport confidently. A solution-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Confident and professional presence, both in person and over the phone. Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in fast-paced situations. Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally within a dynamic and ambitious business.

Monthly Commission Scheme:



Monthly (Uncapped) Commission per New Property Onboarded and Let.

Performance Based Quarterly Bonus Scheme:



Quarterly Bonus based on performance and achieving target for Quality and Quantity of New Properties onboarded

Quarterly Bonus Scheme:



Quarterly Bonus based on completed Property Inspections for our existing Managed Properties.
