We are recruiting for a Senior Care Worker to support our wonderful team of carers in Mid Sussex, to assist with staff training and spot checks, and to ensure that all our clients are receiving the outstanding care for which Right at Home are renowned.

Tasks will include:

developing individual care plans tailored to each client's needs client reviews and assessments spot checks staff training delivery and supervision on-call responsibility delivery of care calls as required

Applicant Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years 'hand's on' care experience Resident in Mid Sussex Regular shift pattern which will include weekend working Full UK driving licence and use of a car for work Strong communication skills and IT experience
