Monday to Friday | Approx. 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as a key liaison between clients, care staff, and management. Conducting client assessments, reviews, and spot checks. Ensuring care plans are person-centred and up to date. Supporting, mentoring, and supervising frontline care workers. Upholding high standards of compliance and quality assurance.
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience

as a Field Care Supervisor or similar within

domiciliary care

. Hold a

Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification

(or equivalent). Strong understanding of

CQC regulations

, risk assessments, and care planning. A confident communicator and a natural team leader. A driving license is highly desirable due to the field-based nature of the role.
What's On Offer:

30,000 - 35,000 salary

, depending on experience.

Full-time permanent role
