Service Direct, a new and growing community care and support company in Pembrokeshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join us as a Field Care Supervisor.

About the Role



This is a varied role where you'll support both our clients and our care team. You'll split your time between the office, the community, and completing some direct care calls to ensure full-time hours. As the company grows, the role will become more supervisory and leadership focused.

Key responsibilities include:

Rostering and coordinating care staff. Conducting assessments, reviews, and spot checks. Developing and maintaining care plans and risk assessments. Supporting staff development and ensuring high-quality care. Taking part in the on-call rota.

About You



We're looking for someone who:

Has at least

6 months' experience in domiciliary or community care

. Is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Wants to

progress their career into supervision and leadership

. Is professional, approachable, and able to motivate a team. Can build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. Is flexible to work between

6:30am - 11:00pm, 5 days per week

, including weekends, and to take part in the

on-call / out-of-hours rota

. Holds a

full UK driving licence

and has access to a car.
If you already have experience in rostering, assessments, and care planning - that's fantastic. But if not, don't worry:

full training is provided

, and we'll enrol you onto QCF Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Health & Social Care.
