We are looking for a motivated, reliable & hardworking Field Care Supervisor to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team of Health Care Assistants, you will ensure that a reliable and safe service is always delivered and will be able to:
Work well in a team, but also on own initiative.
Demonstrate willingness to change, adaptation and innovation.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Being a senior member of staff to the current team of Health Care Assistants
Provide co-ordination and navigation for clients and their carers across healthcare services.
Participate in training, supervision, and recruitment of the workforce.
Maintain excellent communication between the workforce and management.
Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals.
Supporting Health Care Assistants to do their job to the best of their ability.
Ensure personal care and medication administration is met.
Contribute to staff development and identify any training needs of Health Care Assistants.
Taking part in on call rota.
Assisting with assessments of new packages
Supporting with compliances/paperwork

Experience:
Providing care: 2 years (required)
Manual handling: 2 years (preferred)
Medication administration: 2 years (preferred)
Senior Health Care Assistant: 2 years (required)

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
