Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our senior care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. This role requires effective communication, the ability to implement care plans, and experience in supervising staff within a care home environment. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for both staff and residents.

Duties

Supervise daily operations within the care home, ensuring adherence to established care plans. Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to address concerns and provide updates on resident care. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and ensure appropriate adjustments to care plans are made as necessary. Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the facility. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all staff are trained in best practices. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to uphold the standards of care expected by our organisation.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector is essential. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams. Familiarity with IT systems used in care management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs is preferred. A valid driving licence is required for this position, as travel between locations may be necessary.
