Role Overview:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our service, supporting both the manager and the team to ensure smooth operations. This role combines field-based duties with some office-based responsibilities and offers a great opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Care Manager with the daily running of operations. Support the Care Manager in growth of the business in your area. On-call duties, ensuring the service runs efficiently outside of regular office hours. Using company software to monitor and update client records. Attending and contributing to meetings with clients, carers, and management. Completing mandatory training and encouraging a learning environment for staff. Providing support and guidance to carers, ensuring high standards of care. Managing rotas and ensuring that the correct staffing levels are maintained. Completing reviews, competency assessments, and supervisions for carers. Developing and reviewing care plans and conducting risk assessments.

Requirements:

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential). Previous experience in a supervisory role within the care sector is preferred. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for field-based duties.
