A Customer Service Representative will join our team as we continue to revolutionise school and business printing across the UK with our innovative fixed-price, unlimited-colour printing solution. You will be the face of our company, visiting clients regularly to ensure they're delighted with our service.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll become our clients' trusted point of contact, ensuring they remain absolutely delighted with Eco Printers throughout their journey with us. After our Client Success team welcomes new clients into the Eco Printers family, you'll be their ongoing support hero.
You'll visit offices and schools to maintain excellent customer relationships, listen to any concerns, and ensure clients feel valued and supported. While 80% of your time focuses on customer service excellence, you'll also perform simple equipment checks to ensure everything runs smoothly - but don't worry, we provide full training for these basic technical aspects!
You'll be the problem-solver our clients can rely on - answering their questions, providing reassurance, and building lasting relationships that keep customers happy with Eco Printers.

We're Looking For:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Customer service experience: 2 years (preferred) - retail, hospitality, sales, or any client-facing role
Valid driving licence (essential) - held for at least 2 years, over 25
Professional, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to customer needs
No printer experience needed

This position is based at our office in Isleworth (West London) with daily travel to client sites. Please consider your daily commute based on our 8:00 to 17:00 schedule.
