Field Nursery Manager

to join our team and provide exceptional operational support across two nurseries in the Birmingham Area.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to level 3 in Early Years or above, have leadership and management experience in childcare, love interacting with children and be committed to creating a safe, friendly and nurturing atmosphere.

This position requires administrative work as well as one-on-one time with staff, and we're looking for an individual who truly cares about making our nursery a better place for our children.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of people. Communicate well with employees, parents and children. Be flexible and manage change. Work well with children and parents. Deal with safety issues. Run activities for children and parents. Day to day running of the nurseries and managing ratio's
You'll need to be able to provide two satisfactory references (one must be your most recent employer), and be eligible for an

enhanced DBS check

. There may also be occasional travel to other Ashbourne nurseries if needed.

Pay: Up to 42,000.00 per year
