We are seeking a Field Resource Controller to support and augment the existing Shared Service team. This role involves incident management, including logging, triage, and assignment. You will manage incidents to resolution in conjunction with third parties, ensuring all service desk records are updated in accordance with agreed work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Logging, triage, and assignment
Managing incidents to resolution in conjunction with third parties
Keeping service desk records updated in all toolsets as per work instructions
Key Skills:
Incident resolution and/or system management of secure IT infrastructures
Experience in a customer service environment
Experience in scheduling/diary management
Experience dealing with third-party suppliers
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Role Details:
Pay Rate: 15 per hour PAYE (paid weekly, one week in arrears)
Location: Onsite full-time at Lovelace Rd, Bracknell, Berkshire RG128SN
Shift Pattern: Training, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Post-training, rotational shifts: 7am to 3:30pm, 10:30am to 7pm, and 8:30am to 5pm
Contract Type: Temporary via Reed Talent Solutions
Duration: Rolling contract, with potential for permanent placement

Full training will be provided on their systems etc. This includes in house training by the experienced team leaders as well as hands on training with a "buddy" and other team members for on the job learning.
