THE ROLE IN SHORT:



As a Field Service Agent you will be providing commissioning support to the Installation Engineers. This is a key role and you will support the In-day jobs with the objective of driving the right first time mentality.

You must have experience in supporting all of the Michelin Connected Fleet platforms and using extensive knowledge of the products provide a clear advisory role to both Engineers and Internal customer Service agents.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING:

Supporting the Installation Partner engineers to commission all Michelin Connected Fleet solutions, Transport & Logistics, LCV and Cameras Proactively monitor the in-day jobs to prevent failures and to ensure that all the jobs are completed before close of business Support commissioning requests from customers who self-install the Michelin Connect Fleet solutions Provide support to handle all types of engineer requests, Salesforce support, customer cancellations, inventory issues and sickness. Validate the completed jobs to ensure that the hardware has been installed and commissioned accurately, approve the jobs to enable the Installation Partners to invoice Evaluate all 2nd phase jobs to confirm IP payment Schedule lead engineers for revisits and customer training Schedule lead engineers to complete on-site reverse engineer requests

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE:

Have a thorough knowledge of all current Michelin Connected Fleets solutions & platforms and associated commissioning tools Employ systematic diagnostic techniques to prioritise the various commissioning tasks Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Excellent Administrational skills. Ability to understand technical solutions. Ability to manage customer and engineer expectations. Ability to prioritise incoming work Sound understanding of the Masternaut system. Ability to operate effectively with a broad range of customers. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Maintain a professional manner and positive attitude at all times 1-2 years' experience of working in a similar role Fluent in English (Additional languages would be an advantage)

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds LS25 3DF
