Job Summary

The successful candidate would be part of our highly skilled and motivated Commercial Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services for our customers. Specific training will be offered on equipment we support.

Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of commercial laundry and catering equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions

Qualifications

- BS7671 18th edition preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in field service engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Industry-specific certifications
- Knowledge of laundry and catering equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 37,440.00-44,720.00 per year
