Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Provide technical support via phone or email when off-site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel frequently

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in relevant technical areas
- Experience with barfeeders
