About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer to join a growing company that provides coffee and vending solutions. If you've worked with coffee machines or vending equipment before and enjoy being out and about, this could be a great fit!

You'll be covering a set area in London, helping customers by installing, fixing, and maintaining their machines. You'll be the friendly face they rely on to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install & Maintain Machines:

Set up coffee and vending machines and keep them in top shape.

Fix Issues:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software faults.

Support Customers:

Offer helpful, on-site support and build great relationships..

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with coffee/vending machines or similar equipment. Good technical skills - especially with electrical and mechanical systems. Problem-solver who can work independently and manage their own schedule. Friendly and professional with great communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Worked with brands like Cimbali, WMF, Coffetek, or Evoca. Used vending software or remote monitoring systems. Technical qualifications in engineering or similar fields.
