The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic Aftermarket Service team. You will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for our bespoke damper systems and associated equipment. This role involves frequent travel and occasional offshore assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform site-based inspections, maintenance, repairs and upgrades on industrial damper systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and automation issues efficiently. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and service reports. Liaise with customers to ensure service excellence and technical support. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

ONC / Level 3 or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in field service within industrial or engineering environments (Power Generation/Oil & Gas preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel and undertake offshore training when required. Full UK driving licence.
