As a Field Service Engineer in our Technical Operations Team, you will play a vital role in making sure our charging network is operating at the best. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a maximum uptime percentage of the whole EV Network across the UK.

Key Accountabilities
The role is responsible for the following:
Perform all on-site activities in relation to the commissioning, repair and maintenance of our EV charging network.
Troubleshoot and investigate chargers both remotely and on-site.
Plan and organize your own workload for the week ahead.
Routine maintenance and reactive maintenance of the chargers in relation to agreed SLA's.
Work alongside other FSE and the Network Operations Manager to maintain the uptime on the network as set out in the board objectives and goals on both AC and DC assets across the network.
Plus, any other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience/Competent with Low and medium Voltage electrical systems, High voltage is a plus but not essential.
BS7671 Wiring Regulations current edition Certification.
EV charge point knowledge preferred.
Working knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
Good IT skills and knowledge of ticketing systems preferred.
Understanding of ISO requirements and management systems.
Driving licence required and able to travel across the UK, including some European travel.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Electrically Qualified / Electrician
BS7671 Current Edition Certification
2391 Inspection & Testing or Equivalent
CSCS/ECS Card or equivalent H&S Recognition.
Desirable:
Other Electrical qualifications.
EV Experience in a similar role.
