Job Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a hands on Service Engineer/Mechanical Fitter within the commercial Leisure industry. This is a great opportunity to work with within a company with 30 years experience and have an excellent customer service excellent reputation.

This is an opportunity for someone who is practically and mechanically minded. We would consider a junior candidate or an improver who has experience of tinkering with cars, bikes or hands on hobbies.

We are a company specializing in supporting the leisure industry , primarily local authority and hotel site.

You will be given specific training to swimming pool plant and equipment, experience within this field would be advantage but not essential .

The ideal candidate would be a individual comfortable using a range of hand and power tools and enjoys fixing . Basic electrical and plumbing experience would be considered and advantage , transferable skills and mechanical experience will also be advantageous

General Maintenance

DIY Experience

After initial period you will be required to work unsupervised and communicate directly with our customer and supplier base, producing written service reports.

The position is 39 hours weekly, paid hourly with over time. By the nature of service/maintenance works flexibility on hours worked is essential by request.
