Job Description

We are seeking a skilledField Service Technician to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused engineer who thrives in a varied role - combining hands-on servicing, installations, operator training, and customer demonstrations.

The ideal person for this role will be based around the Kent area.

The Role

Install, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sites Provide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activities Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficiently Represent the company with professionalism, acting as a trusted ambassador on-site Flexibility to travel across the UK (occasional overnight stays required)

The Person

Mechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or with equivalent hands-on experience) Previous experience working with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, laminating, guillotines etc.) highly desirable Strong troubleshooting skills and IT literacy A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Full, clean UK driving licence Ideally located around the London / Kent area for ease of travel
