ADS Precision Limited is a supplier of Industrial bandsaw and circular sawing machines and blades

What you'll be doing:

As a Field Service Engineer you will respond to service calls placed by customers, You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and service of their machinery.

Bandsaw machines - Manual, semi-automatic, automatic & cnc operation Circular machines - Manual, semi automatic, automatic & cnc operation Conveyor/roller table systems installations
This position requires travelling to customers sites within a 2-3 hour radius of Sheffield. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm, however flexibility is required. You will be required to travel to and from home, but occasionally will be required to come on site in Rotherham. Overnight stays maybe required once or twice a month.

Previous electrical and mechanical experience working on the same or similar machinery Clean Full UK Driving licence

Qualifications or experience preferred:

Previous experience in electrical and mechanical repair or field service role Ability to understand technical drawings A good understanding on pneumatics and hydraulic systems Previous experience working on PLCs would be beneficial An appreciation of on-site H&S requirements, including risk assessments Ideally IOSH passport to safety or similar but not essential

Package includes:
