, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality repair and maintenance services
Provide first line IT support
Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
Completing all administrative duties accurately and on time
Undertaking relevant technical and product training
Maintaining company property to a high standard
Your profile Full driver's licence
Experience in a similar engineering role
HND (or HNC with relevant experience) or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
Exceptional fault-finding skills
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
Strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel - support across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland may be required
Good working knowledge of MS Windows and general MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
