Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and installation services at client sites. Duties



Install, commission, and maintain equipment at client sites in accordance with company standards. Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance. Provide on-site training and technical support to clients regarding system operation and safety procedures. Document service activities accurately using company reporting systems and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with the sales and engineering departments to identify opportunities for system upgrades or improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.

Qualifications



Proven experience in electrical and IT network systems within a field service environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively. Good communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and team members. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are highly desirable. Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Pay: 100.00-200.00 per day
