What You'll Do -- And Do Exceptionally Well
You'll be the trusted expert customers rely on. Your work keeps their business moving, their teams happy, and their coffee tasting great.
Your role includes:
Carrying out high-quality repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance on premium coffee equipment
Tackling everything from quick diagnostics to complex technical challenges
Completing annual PVI checks on steam boilers (training available if needed)
Visiting sites within agreed SLAs and performing brand-standard checks
Delivering smooth, efficient installations and on-site training
Ensuring every machine you touch is dialled in to perfection for outstanding coffee quality
Updating the service desk so customers always know what's happening
Caring for company tools, equipment, and your vehicle -- because great service starts with great preparation
Representing Bridge Coffee Roasters with warmth, professionalism, and pride

What You'll Bring to the Team
A positive, can-do attitude
A genuine passion for great service and great coffee
Strong electrical/mechanical problem-solving skills
Good IT skills
A clean driving licence
Self-motivation and flexibility around travel and hours
The ability to walk onsite, assess a situation, and leave the customer feeling confident, supported and genuinely cared for
Extra shot of coffee awarded for:
3+ years experience as a field service coffee engineer
Experience with Schaerer, Carimali, Marco or traditional espresso equipment
Where You'll Work
Mostly on the road -- meeting people, building relationships, and being the expert who keeps the UK's best coffee flowing.
