Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Agricultural field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers on-farm. You will troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to continuing our excellent level of service.

Responsibilities

On-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment. predominantly calf feeding equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and parts used. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product reliability and performance. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

Skills

Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical and electrical systems. Strong fault finding ability Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is essential for travel to client sites.
