We are looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to join us. In our Clean Water division. Although the role is based at Deephams, due to the nature of the role, you can be based at a number of our sites in the London or Thames Valley area.
As the successful candidate, you will develop and coordinate an operational service team comprising network service technicians, coordinators, planners and team managers working on the Thames Water network, trunk mains and assets.
Your team will be offering the wider business rapid response service, high-consequence valve inspections and servicing.
You will also be supporting the Network Asset Maintenance team, offering network service resources for asset upgrade and replacement activities.
In addition to offering services to my internal client, you will also be supporting Thames Water's alliance delivery partners.
In addition to offering enabling network services for network asset upgrades and replacements, your team will own the end-to-end process of network infrastructure upgrades, replacements and re-sites to allow the successful delivery of network services delivered by your team.
Monday - Friday 36 hours per week, 7:30- 15:36, plus the potential of a standby rota for which you will receive an additional payment
