Field Service Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Manager with a passion for people, performance, and service excellence to lead our regional engineering team.

As we evolve, this role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering service operations aligned with our strategic ambitions.

What Does the Role Include?

Leadership: Manage and develop a regional team of engineers, supported by Chief Technicians. Inspire, coach, and set high standards. Performance: Drive key metrics including first-time fix rate, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues and customer complaints swiftly and professionally. Strategy: Support the introduction of new products, services, and improvement initiatives in the field. Compliance & Audits: Ensure health and safety regulations are met through regular field audits. Communication: Act as a key link for internal updates and change initiatives across the region. Adaptability: Deputise for other Field Service Managers as needed and provide support across functions.
