Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular

spot checks

,

supervisions

, and

competency assessments

for care staff in service users' homes. Conduct

regular care reviews with clients and their families

, ensuring care plans remain accurate, person-centred, and responsive to changing needs Gather client feedback on care delivery, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues where required Monitor and maintain

CQC compliance

, ensuring care delivery meets regulatory standards Support the Registered Manager in preparing for

CQC inspections and internal audits

Identify training needs and support carers with ongoing development and performance improvement

Carry out care quality audits

, report findings, and follow up on action plans Ensure accurate and timely documentation using

care management systems

Maintain up-to-date records including supervision notes, spot check reports, and compliance documentation

Act as a point of contact for care staff, offering guidance and operational support

Liaise with service users, families, and internal teams to ensure high standards of care

Respond to concerns, incidents, and safeguarding matters in line with company policies

Travel across England as required to support operational needs


Essential Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

working as a

Field Supervisor

in the UK care sector Valid

UK driving licence

and willingness to travel extensively across England Strong understanding of

CQC standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

Experience conducting spot checks, supervisions, audits, and competency assessments

Familiarity with care management systems.

Efficient working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently

in a field-based role Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach Available to

join ASAP


Desirable:



Experience working within a domiciliary care setting Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practice
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
