Hours: flexible, full time and part time available


Job Type: Hybrid with 3 days in the office


The main purpose of the role is to coordinate and support the activities of the Field Officer team by managing resources, scheduling events, and ensuring operational efficiency. It also includes monitor and report on Field Officers' activities and sales performance to support business goals and continuous improvement.

Field Team Coordination



Plan and manage Field Officers' schedules for events, 1-2-1s, and field marketing activities. Allocate 1-2-1 client meetings promptly, ensuring requests are responded to within 24 hours. Maintain a live, accurate Field Team calendar (Outlook and Excel versions), ensuring visibility across the team and alignment with business priorities.

Event and Logistics Management



Organise all logistical elements of field events, including venue booking, accommodation, and equipment setup. Provide on-site support and lead delivery of events where appropriate, ensuring a professional and consistent experience.

Cross-team Collaboration



Act as the main link between Field Officers and office-based colleagues, ensuring clear and timely communication. Liaise regularly with the Marketing team to align on campaign support, regional targeting, and event promotion.

Reporting and Performance Tracking



Collect, input, and maintain accurate records of Field Officers' activities and sales performance. Produce weekly performance and event summary reports, identifying key outcomes, attendance, and areas for follow-up. Work closely with the Field Team Manager to provide insights that support coaching, resource planning, and sales forecasting.

Skills and Experience Required:



Experience supporting a sales or field-based team, ideally in a target-driven environment. Able to support and encourage colleagues to meet goals, with some experience coordinating team activity or performance. Comfortable working with a range of colleagues and building good working relationships across different teams. Organised and reliable, with experience managing tasks or projects that involve multiple moving parts or deadlines. * Confident using Microsoft Office tools - particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word - and open to learning new systems.
