Filipino-Speaking Sales & Customer Support - Car Dealership (UK)

We are looking for a Filipino-speaking (Tagalog & English) team member to join our friendly and growing car dealership based in Fareham / Portsmouth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is confident speaking to customers, and wants to build a stable career in the automotive industry.

Job Role:

Assist Filipino and English-speaking customers in person, by phone, and online Help customers choose suitable vehicles Explain finance, warranty, and part-exchange options clearly Support the sales team with enquiries and follow-ups Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Ensure excellent customer service from first contact to handover

Requirements:

Fluent in Tagalog and English Friendly, honest, and professional attitude Confident communicator (sales experience is a bonus but not essential) Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Facebook, email) Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential) Right to work in the UK
