The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Finance Accounts Manager

to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations supporting the Managing Director. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage bookkeeping, relevant compliance, and reporting while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

? Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of company accounts

? Cashflow forecasting and reporting
? Processing sales, supplier payments and purchase invoices
? Bank and credit card reconciliations
? Managing accounts payable and receivable
? VAT returns and compliance
? Payroll processing and support
? Preparing schedules for monthly management accounts and year-end

? Budget planning & reporting
? Liaising with external accountants
? Handling HMRC queries, staff expenses, pensions, and more
? General financial admin and support admin with occasional duties

What We're Looking For

? ACCA qualified/ working towards or equivalent experience

? Someone who can bring the numbers to life and has commercial acumen
? Proven experience in bookkeeping or an all-round account's role
? Good IT skills including Excel, Xero & Dext an advantage
? Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
