Colour Clad Profiles Ltd is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of steel roofing products, flashings, and insulated panels across the UK. With a strong trade and ecommerce presence, we are expanding our team to improve invoice processing and customer communications.
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our finance and customer service functions. This hybrid role involves processing and sending invoices, following up with customers, and assisting with general account admin.
Key Responsibilities
Input supplier invoices into accounting software
Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
Respond to basic customer queries by email and phone
Support credit control with polite reminders and payment tracking
Liaise with internal departments (sales, transport, operations) to resolve queries
Assist with monthly account reconciliation and filing
Maintain accurate digital records and handle confidential data professionally
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in finance admin or customer service (preferred)
Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms
Strong organisational and time management skills
Friendly phone manner and clear written communication
Good with numbers and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a small, busy team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 22,880.00-28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 - 30 per week
