Job Description

The Finance Administrator is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of the organisation.


This role requires a meticulous and analytical individual with strong numerical and organisational skills.

Essential:



Excellent numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:



Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Nav). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Process invoices and expenses accurately and in a timeous manner Deal with queries (internal and external) and escalations Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain documentation for auditing purposes. benefits
