JOB PROFILE

Due to substantial growth, we are now seeking a part-time Finance & Admin Assistant to work with the Financial Controller and Project Management team.

Key responsibilities:

- General office duties (please note attendance in the office is required).

- General project administration duties such as chasing up contractor start dates, scopes, and project approvals to support the Project Management team.

- Processing supplier invoices and raising customer invoices.

- Assisting with credit control processes.

- Responding to customer calls.

- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

About you:

- Must have excellent telephone manner, communication skills.

- Must have administration experience in some form.

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong team player with solid communication skills.

- Knowledge of Sage Accounting would be an advantage.

- Administration/finance experience within the construction or insurance industry would be an advantage.

HOURS & DAYS

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working from our offices in Whetstone

SALARY

A competitive salary will be offered based on experience, as well as discretionary performance related bonuses.
