Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administrative duties within the Finance Department for the group, adhering to processes to provide accurate and timely finance support.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week including break times)
About the role
Main Responsibilities of the Job
Saving purchase invoices to sharepoint daily
Generating and sending sales invoices from shipments to customers daily
Assist with posting receipts from customers
Assist with matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes
Assist with Credit control (ensuring debtors do not exceed payment terms) including timely follow up of any outstanding amounts
Preparation of bank lodgements
Assist with posting receipts from customers
Answering calls, dealing with customer/supplier queries and action any requests
Assist with preparing bacs file for small supplier payments
Generate and send monthly statements to customers
Assist with monthly stock takes
Any other duties as requires

Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Will need to demonstrate and lead by the Company values.
