Hours of work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (Full Time)
The successful candidate will be working for one of the largest window cleaning companies in the south of England with over 11,000 customers

You will be confident when answering the phone and have a customer focused attitude.
You will be responsible for calling businesses & Domestic Customers to collect payment on overdue accounts.
Producing Invoices, Debt reminder texts, Debt Letters
Answering customer emails regarding payments/Invoices
You will be working closely with our Office Manager & Sales Supervisor but will be capable and have the initiative to work unsupervised.
Good timekeeping is essential as is your willingness to be prepared for any office tasks asked of you to help the smooth running of the business.
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities
Invoices, Banking, managing Debts on a daily basis.
Proven experience in finance or accounts role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with IT systems related to finance processes is advantageous but not essential.
