Rydal Penrhos School is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Finance Administrator
to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small and friendly team which provides vital support to the school accounts payable and receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile supplier invoices / ledgers.
Checking purchase sign off and reconciling and allocating to Purchase Orders.
Process and reconcile credit card statements / expense claims.
Manage creditors ledger.
Complete daily / monthly bank reconciliation for several bank accounts.
Maintaining company bank records and transactions.
Support with raising customer invoices and the billing processes.
Support with dealing customer queries.
Support with debt chasing and management.
Finance administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing and printing.
Support with other ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven and successful background in bookkeeping /accounts.
Knowledge of financial systems (desirable).
IT literacy including Excel.
High level of honesty and integrity.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
An excellent team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Professional, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a positive and proactive outlook and the interpersonal skills to thrive in a busy and diverse environment.
